Craving our scrumptious cookies but don't want to leave the comfort of your home? No worries! With our nationwide shipping, you can experience Milo's Cookies no matter where you are in Switzerland. Simply place your order, and we'll take care of the rest. Our reliable delivery and packaging ensures that each cookie arrives fresh and yummy, right at your doorstep. Your cookies are baked the same day they’re posted to ensure ultimate freshness.

Price:
Your cookies are shipped by DPD next day delivery for 4.50 CHF. Even though we ship your cookies with next day delivery, any packages sent by DPD may experience delays.

Local pick-up

Pick up cookie happiness in Basel

Want to make sure you get your favourite cookies? You can pick up your box of pre-ordered cookies anytime during our shop opening hours. Choose the "pick-up" option during check out and you'll be notified as soon as they're ready. We give our best to have your cookies ready the day after your order (within 24 hours). 

 

Returns (merchandise only)

Returning Merchandise

To return an item purchased from www.bakedbymilo.com:

  1. Initiate Return: Email your order number and reason for return to cookies@bakedbymilo.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  2. Receive Return Label: We'll send you a return label via email.
  3. Ship Item: Drop off your parcel at any DPD pick-up parcel shop.
  4. Refund Process: After we receive and process the return, we'll refund the item.

Costs:

The return shipping cost of 7 CHF is your responsibility. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note, items remain your responsibility until received at our store. We cannot accept returns of worn or stained items.

Refund Method:

Once your return is approved, the purchase amount (minus the return shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
