Craving our scrumptious cookies but don't want to leave the comfort of your home? No worries! With our nationwide shipping, you can experience Milo's Cookies no matter where you are in Switzerland. Your cookies are baked the same day they’re posted to ensure ultimate freshness.
Price:
Your cookies are shipped by DPD next day delivery (no pick-up points).
- Orders under 30 CHF: 4.50 CHF
- Orders under 40 CHF: 2.90 CHF
- Orders over 50 CHF: free

Take a look at our delivery chart below to find out when your cookies are being posted. If all goes well, your cookies should arrive at your doorstep the day after postage. Please note that orders made between Thursday - Sunday are posted Monday as we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Local pick-up
Pick up cookie happiness in Basel
Want to make sure you get your favourite cookies? You can order your cookies online anytime and pick them up in our shop. Please note that pick-up orders are usually ready within 2 - 4 days. You can note your preferred pick-up date in the 'order instructions' text box. Choose the "pick-up" option during check out and you'll be notified as soon as they're ready.
Returns (merchandise only)
Returning Merchandise
To return an item purchased from www.bakedbymilo.com:
- Initiate Return: Email your order number and reason for return to cookies@bakedbymilo.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Receive Return Label: We'll send you a return label via email.
- Ship Item: Drop off your parcel at any DPD pick-up parcel shop.
- Refund Process: After we receive and process the return, we'll refund the item.
Costs:
The return shipping cost of 3.50 CHF is your responsibility. This amount will be deducted from your refund. Please note, items remain your responsibility until received at our store. We cannot accept returns of worn or stained items.
Refund Method:
Once your return is approved, the purchase amount (minus the return shipping costs) will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process.
