Are your cookies made from scratch?

Yes, our cookies are made from scratch with love and care. We believe in the art of baking and handcraft each cookie to perfection.

Are your cookies suitable for people with dietary restrictions?

We offer a range of cookies to accommodate various dietary preferences. We have vegan options available, and we clearly label allergens such as nuts. However, please note that our cookies are produced in a facility that handles common allergens, so cross-contamination may occur. Do you offer customization or personalised orders?

Yes! We’re happy to offer custom and personalised orders, including corporate, wholesale, and larger orders. Just get in touch with us and we’ll gladly talk through your ideas to find the best solution together. 🍪

How should I store your cookies?

For best freshness, store our cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. You can also freeze them and reheat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5–10 minutes until warm and gooey.

Can I reheat your cookies?

Of course! Heat your oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Arrange the cookies on a baking tray and bake for about 2 minutes or until the chocolate is melting slightly. Indulge in the deliciousness of warm and gooey cookies straight from the oven.

Why didn't I receive a confirmation mail?

Please check your spam / junk folder if you are expecting a confirmation mail. If you can't find anything, please contact us directly at cookies@bakedbymilo.com.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer nationwide next day delivery throughout Switzerland. Orders made between Sunday - Wednesday are prepared and posted the day after ordering. Orders made between Thursday - Sunday are prepared and posted on Monday. Please refer to our Delivery page for more detailed information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery through the shipping carrier's website.

Can I add an instruction to my order?

Yes! Please click on your cart. You will see a text box on the bottom left-hand side. Need the order delivered on a specific date? Let us know there!

What is your refund or return policy?

Since our products are perishable, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported and stored once they leave our shop. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the matter.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or modification requests if the product has already been shipped. We kindly ask you to review your order carefully before confirming, making sure that all delivery address details are accurate to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Can I make a big order?

If you’re planning an event, we’d love to be involved. Please fill in the contact form at least 14 days prior to your desired pick up date. Include the date you’d like the order for, quantities required and your desired flavours.
