Cookies are baked fresh and dispatched every Monday and Thursday. Please note that we do not dispatch cookies on any other days.
Orders are prepared for the next available shipping day and should be delivered one day after dispatch.

It’s best to store your cookies in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for around 5-7 days (if they last that long). To ensure your cookies stay fresh, we recommend freezing any you don't intend to eat right away. When you’re ready to devour them, simply pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes until they’re warm, gooey, and ready to be enjoyed.
