Important information: Between 6 July and 9 August 26, we will only be dispatching cookies on Mondays and Thursdays. A minimum order amount of 20 CHF applies. Your cookies are shipped by DPD (next day delivery). Cookies are baked and posted the day after purchase and should be delivered one day after postage. Please note that we do not post any cookies on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. Thus, orders made between Thursday - Sunday are baked and posted Monday. View our 'Delivery' page for more information.

It’s best to store your cookies in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for around 5-7 days (if they last that long). To ensure your cookies stay fresh, we recommend freezing any you don't intend to eat right away. When you’re ready to devour them, simply pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes until they’re warm, gooey, and ready to be enjoyed.
