Shipping Details

Your cookies are shipped by DPD (next day delivery) for 4.50 CHF. Cookies are baked and posted the day after purchase (note that we do not post any cookies on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) and should be delivered one day after postage. Please view our "Delivery" page for more information.

Cookie Care

It’s best to store your cookies in an airtight container. They should stay fresh for 5 - 7 days (if they last that long). To ensure your cookies stay fresh, we recommend freezing any you don't intend to eat right away. When you’re ready to devour them, simply pop them into a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 5 - 10 minutes until they’re warm, gooey, and ready to be enjoyed.
